Everything ok but I don’t know what oil I have now and I did not get a rest oil if I would like add to the engine

Mo was very pleasant, talked me through how he was going to resolve the issue with my car. So far so good the issue hadn't returned and performance does feel loads better.

Andy the mechanic came out replaced front and rear pads did an outstanding job my warning lights still came on but no fault of Andy s light still aluminated due to faulty battery all work by mechanic Andy was fully carried out and test drove after to ensure performance and safety Thanks Andy Brilliant job great communication Highly recomend for a thorough job. Absolutely amazing my clutch went on the Saturday at 1 pm . Got a call while my car was on the breakdown truck. My car was collected at 5pm returned on Monday at 2pm ,what can I say just superb .

Kalim Safdar literally saved me and my family when after a breakdown on the M5 motorway and waiting for rescue (for 12 hours!) we were stuck in Birmingham. He took our Honda Civic, promptly diagnosed all the problems, sent me a very informative video, and soon we discussed the options in a phone call. We agreed to replace the clutch, flywheel and gearbox. It was difficult to get brand new parts during the days just after Christmas, the delay could have been very long, but Kalim's contacts helped him obtain secondhand gearbox and flywheel, both in good condition. The whole process took less than a day! We happily drove back to Liverpool and celebrated the New Year in our house. I think, if all car mechanics were as great as Kalim Safdar, our world would definitely be a much better place.

Joe was brilliant, so helpful, came back new years eve to check fault codes on power steering. Would use again.

I think Mihai is a very good mechanic and a nice person. But i do not understand , first ,why I was charge £45 for Priority slot fee: for visits between 29 Dec and 30 Dec when you said i will be charge £15 per slot. Second Mihai was late by 3 hours on Friday and over 2hours on Saturday, so much for Priority! The contract was not fulfil. Click Mechanic should reimburse the Priority fee. It will be a fair gesture and a good public relation exercise. Thank you for your consideration. F Balerdi

If I could give Amir 10 stars out of 5, I would. He went out of his way to fix my car this weekend (New Year!), with parts places closing and not open again until Jan 2nd he managed to get hold of the part needed and collected my car to his workshop. He confirmed the diagnosis was a faulty starter motor and replaced it with a new one, as well as checking the whole system was working as expected afterwards. Checked over the whole vehicle's health, topped up fluids and even returned it cleaner than I'd left it with him! An absolute diamond to deal with, friendly and thorough - I'm delighted to have Amir as a contact for any future work.

Jackson friendly guy turned up on time and collected car retuning it a couple of hours later as promised. Difficult to say if all ok until have driven it but as far as can see all seems ok

Mubi collected my car as agreed and explained what he would do. The car was returned later with the work complete. Mubi also advised what follow on work might be needed. All in all a great experience. Thanks, Simon
