I wanted to take absolutely all the precautions I could as I have previously been ripped off when buying a second-hand car. I therefore wanted a pre inspection. I came across Andrew’s name on the clickmechanic website, read the reviews and booked him, adding two items which were not on the list of the inspection. I live two hours away from the dealer so could not be present during the inspection. Andrew did all the work, arriving at the dealer at the specified time bracket, sent me the report on the inspection straight afterwards and was very efficient. We then had a follow-up chat about the car where he chatted through any concerns or worries I had, he was very approachable and understanding. I then went on to buy the car and am extremely happy with the pre-inspection service. Five stars for him from me. My mind is at peace.
