I never actually met the mechanic who worked on my car as te car was collected from my home and returned on completion.
That said, the service seems to have been prooerly and well done and car returned despite some confusion over what had been booked.
Would be happy to use again.

The mechanic was good, but the overall service was not as expected. The van should have been picked up, by a garage in Leeds, yet it had to be dropped off at a garage in Bradford, which also cost us £18 in clean air charges?
