Negative feedback because my car was driven in London without my knowledge. Received penalty charge notice week later, unpaid ULEZ. Had to pay £90. Tried to contact mechanic but was told that he left clickmechanic network.

Jackson done a great job. He was running a bit late due to unexpected road closure, but he made sure to call me and give me a heads up he will be a bit late. He picked up the car and returned it after timing belt replacement and check up service, everything was done quickly and in professional manner. On the return he talked me through the findings and recommendations for the car.

I preferred mobile service rather than my car taken to a garage to be fixed. The previous mechanic who carried out the same job spent about an hour & half but this time 4 hours. I am a little sceptical about the jobs carried out by Click Mechanic. However, I was assured the job was well done. I am not sure if I will be using Click Mechanic in the future but it handy having someone come around to fix the car. I will suggest some photo evidence to proof the job has been done. I think that will assure customers that the job has been done. However, the mechanic was friendly & knowledgeable. I think he did a good job as well.

Jackson was on time took the car and said should be upto 4 hours. Unfortunately the parts that were ordered were wrong so this obviously had an impact on time. I got my car back at 4. I feel that maybe a call to keep me updated on the progress this is where I feel Click Mechanic let me down.

Jackson friendly guy turned up on time and collected car retuning it a couple of hours later as promised. Difficult to say if all ok until have driven it but as far as can see all seems ok

Was skeptical about using clickmechanic but Jackson was fantastic, he arrived early and collected the van at no extra cost. The work was completed and van delivered back
