Omer was given a priority booking and asked to diagnose the issue with my gearbox and suggest next steps. He said that he would source a replacement part and that it would take some time to arrive. I have waited patiently for two weeks and messaged him on numerous occasions since the part was due to have arrived but he now simply does not respond. I’m deeply frustrated as I appear now to be back to the start, none the wiser.

Car was picked-up within the 2hr slot for an MoT the lad was friendly , said it would take about 2hrs to do the MoT. Two hours later the car is delivered back,first time I've used this garage will use again.

All went well until I received a ULEZ penalty charge notice regarding the day the vehicle was collected. After making a representation and this being denied (since I am the registered keeper of the car I am legally responsible to pay), I was repeatedly reassured by Raj that he was in contact with TFL to solve this matter. I have now received a charge of £270 and was informed by TFL that no contact was made to them by Raj regarding this matter. The total cost of the work done was £300.10. I am now paying £270 for a charge that had I been made aware of by Raj, I would have paid £12.50!
