Stephen was polite and friendly. Apologised for delay, but did try to warn me. The MoT was conducted quicky and expertly to pass. So a good job. Thank You. You booking system was clear and easy to use, unlike some that I have encountered and given up, on.

Job was quoted to be £256 by the mechanic but then subsequently charged me £311.90.

Overall good. Reliable and was able to arrange a recovery of my vehicle at the last minute. Only fault I've found is hand prints on my bonnet from work being carried out. If someone is spending £500+ a power wash wouldn't go a miss.

The work carried out was professional and thorough and went above and beyond what was expected for eg cleaning the car and hoovering inside. I would highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.
