Got to say Duncan was first class, despite torrential rain he arrived when expected and proceeded to do my vehicle check. When finished Duncan explained his observations clearly and we then went for a run in car so he could listen for strange noises. Finally Duncan explained that I would receive his report that included images electronically - received report at 15:18. Great service thanks.
