Charlie was great. called to arrange an arrival time and was bang on time. Polite, professional and friendly, he thoroughly inspected my car and carries out the service, pointing out a few minor issues as it's an older car, which I was not aware of. Very thorough and highly recommended.

Jamie was punctual, professional and friendly. He kept me up to date with what he doing and his finding after inspecting the engine fault. He has replaced the timing belt and is returning to do more on another quote to get the car usable again. I feel confident that Jamie will make my car roadworthy after completion of further works.

Never picked up his name, but wasn't James, however very quick and efficient and explained the issues with the DPF and very honest about the fix 😃

Excellent service and very knowledgeable ... Darren arrived promptly and took the car off-site ... three hours later, car returned with works completed (4 * Glow Plugs) ... plus he'd checked the car over for any diagnostics and suggested other possible reasons for the symptoms that we'd been experiencing ! Very friendly and professional service.

I’m not a petrol head, but thanks to Hayden’s patient and concise explanations, I understood everything he had to say.
