Kami eventually came through. Initial wait for acceptance of the job was tardy. initial suggested inspection time in the evening wouldn't have been appropriate to include comments on the bodywork. Reworked lunchtime inspection was thorough and our telephone conversation was illuminating, even through a poor telephone line . . . All things considered, given the distance I live from the subject vehicle and my amateur knowledge of the motor car and its combustion engine, I think the service is a good one and I will use again.
