Never arrived on the day. Said he had to wait for part. Should of been in at 9am next day. Came today around 11.30 ish. Fitted the part and it fixed our problem.

Jamie was punctual, pleasant and efficient. I'm very happy with the work he carried out and the price was very competitive. I would definitely use him again for any work I needed doing.

Michael was excellent Only downgraded punctuality as he was stuck in a traffic jam! And arrived later than planned although he did tell me he was going to be late!

I received an email within minutes of booking to confirm the date, time, and mechanic. The next day, i received a call from John to confirm he was on his way, and his ETA. Once he arrived, he got straight on the job, and after a couple of hours he'd fitted a new MAF sensor, a new alternator, and diagnosed two faulty glow plugs. Couldn't have asked for a better mechanic.

i booked interim service with 8-10am window. he arrived 10.30 but had called ahead. they took it away to the garage which was 15miles away so i paid an extra 30 miles in diesel. car back 2.30pm. cant give more than 4* re mechanic as just back today - if all well i can change to 5*

Joe was fantastic. Rang last night to confirm my booking. He then called again this morning to confirm that he had got the parts and what time he was expecting to arrive. The work was done in no time at all, he was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I will definitely be requesting him again. The whole process was quick and easy and I didn't have to go to a garage!
