This is by far the worst experience I've had in a long time Arrange for somebody to come out and replace my intercooler Ever since the job was done I've been plagued with multiple other issues I've had to track down myself and the resolution center that's supposed to help you get to an agreement gets you nowhere. Firstly they forgot to tighten up the main outlet for the intercooler so as soon as I drove it down the road for 100 meters the pipe blew off When they charge me for topping up the radiator water that they'd already emptied some of but they charged me for my own water from my house Then on the same day I had to pull over and top up the water because it wasn't actually topped up properly. Then ever since the job was completed my air conditioning hasn't worked and today I've been on my hands and knees for an hour searching for the fault and found they hadn't connected a cable at the side of the intercooler. I'm so disappointed with this service I'm still in a dispute with the engineer who won't admit any fault and said that I caused the issues. I'm happy to pay for the materials but I'm requesting a refund due to poor workmanship but getting nowhere fast. Also as soon as I signed up for the service for the agreed price the engineer tried to put the price up and said the job wasn't worth doing even though he'd already agreed to.the work. I had to convince them by showing them how easy it was with the YouTube video On the first visit he turned up with an intercooler from a Mini. And I have an Volvo XC90 I'm happy to be contacted by click mechanic to resolve this properly but in the meantime I'm going to explore other avenues to get my money back.

Arrived on time and completed the work promptly and to a high standard. Great service.

Arrived as expected and was polite and pleasant to interact with. Can't comment on the quality of the work because the work site would only be visible if I took a wheel off.

Daniel did a great job, was punctual and just got on with the repair. Daniels number didn't work when trying to call him before the job and he didn't respond to messages, so advice would be to check any communication that has been sent to ensure all information has been understood. however his work was great 👍

Mechanic Henry arrived this morning to deal with an issue in my car's braking system. He arrived promptly, and the fault was repaired quickly. The work was carried out to a very high standard indeed, and the feel of the car is much improved. Very pleased - many thanks! 10/10

Although Dan couldn't fix the problem, he has gone above and beyond to diagnose the problem. He could easily have charged for parts to correct a possible mechanical problem, however advised to get an assessment from a auto electrician first.

Sam carried out the works as requested without any fuss. He kept us informed throughout the appointment. Very clean and tidy work area at all times.
