Jordan notified me stating when he would be arriving, made sure the time suited me, cracked on with replacing all my tyres, and even notified me of a separate piece of work that I need to pick up with my garage. Ibrahim fitted the clutch which seemed fine but after a day or two I was getting a clunking noise so I took it back to him and they had forgotten to put a nut on the subframe which they done but now it’s still not 100%. I can still hear something going on underneath, so that’s the reason for giving the low star rating

Joshua was very friendly and chatty, and he found the issue within 10–15 minutes. He explained the whole issue clearly and talked me through the investigation throughout. Luckily, it turned out to be only the battery and not any other serious problem. As it was late in the afternoon, he wasn’t able to sort the issue on the same day, but he recommended alternative options, which I followed. He even went the extra mile by calling me the next day to check whether I had managed to get everything sorted. Thank you.
