Miguel was friendly and his communications were mostly prompt. However, he did arrive 90 minutes late which did cause some inconvenience. The work on my car was carried out promptly and as far as I can tell satisfactory (I'm no car expert). When I went to get in my car after the work had been carried out my back seat was covered in dirty motor parts from another car. This is unacceptable. Even if car parts were to be stored in my car, which they shouldn't be, you would expect some sort of sheet to be put down to protect the seating. I also had a few other niggles. The garage is in Grays. What happens is Miguel picks up the car from home and takes it to the garage. Therefore, if you live the other side of the bridge you will receive a dart charge both ways. I also asked for my service book to be stamped (I'm old fashioned like that) but it wasn't and my MOT certificate was not signed, but I have checked the Government website and all OK. Overall I didn't have the best of experiences, but that's not to say you shouldn't use Miguel, I think I was just unfortunate. Also the price I paid for the service and MOT was very good compared to other garages.

Bob explained exactly what he was going to do showing pictures before and after The work he had done,I am more than happy to recommend him to anyone who needs a mechanic.

Matthew arrived on time and undertook the work straight away after briefly discussing the circumstances with me. As it was a clutch replacement it took a few hours but I checked in with him regularly, he was professional and courteous throughout. Thanks for a job well done! 🙂

A1 - highly recommend, gave me the reassurance I needed to proceed with the van and was genuine about it. Communication was great prior to and throughout and customer was one point. Highly knowledgeable and trustworthy. Was in safe hands reviewing the van. ***** 5 star mechanic Dean gave a thorough report on the van and gave me the thumbs up I needed from a mechanic who knows his stuff through and through.

Adam was brilliant at keeping me informed and was extremely thorough in going through the report. He gave me great advice and obviously knows his cars and likes Mercedes, which was also a help. Would recommend him and the check he carried out.
