I usually take the car to our local garage, however, their availability was limited so I gave ClickMechanic a try. Initial communication via text & email was good, suggesting a collect time between 08.00 - 10.00. It was past 11.00 when the car was collected causing a mild panic as we had an appointment to attend. Not until the following morning was any form of communication made when the car was dropped home. The gentleman was polite on the phone. It would have been appreciated to have received an update on progress and ETA of delivery of the car.

Tari, was great he gave me reassurance and contacted me to recommend some new parts to do a proper job, after he returned the car my son drove it for an mot retest which it passed and my son said the car drove brilliantly the best it's been. Tari, was professional and supportive throughout.

Cristopher arrived in the advised time slot, and replaced the front and rear brake pads and discs in about 90 minutes. He was quick and efficient, and left the area he was working in as he found it, ie no discarded packing etc left behind. I would use him again.

On arrival Sam arrived with wrong part due to a lack of information from click mechanic. He promptly checked around local suppliers and found the part needed. Went out of his way to collect part and returned within the hour to complete the work required. Sam was very friendly and accommodating and completed the work efficiently
