Steve spilt oil on my driveway, couldn't have cared less. He's left an oil leak on my van causing further damage to drive way. Broke a glass that I'd given him a drink in. He had no cleaning products to clean up oil spill and offered to come back 2 days later. Absolute clown

The mechanic arrived early And was able to diagnose the problem Quickly And then sent a quote to fix the problem

He missed the original allotted time (between 10 and 12 Friday) and report says he did a 5m test drive when dealer tells me he didn't. Verbal feedback from mechanic was that some panels had filler and car should be a CAT S but I can't see any structural damage on report? Also advised value should be £1,500 to £1,800. It's left me pretty confused to be honest

John arrived at my home and carried out a major service on my Ford Focus. He was friendly, professional and explained the work clearly. He showed me the old parts that had been replaced and provided a detailed service report with useful observations about the vehicle's condition. The work was completed efficiently and I was very happy with the service. I would happily recommend John to others and would use his services again in the future.
