Harry was brilliant. He called me the day before to make sure the time was appropriate for me and as soon as he arrived. He completed the work perfectly and left one happy customer ready to get back on the road.

Mechanic was late due to arrive between 8-10 no communication at all to let me know that he was running late. Upon me phoning I was told mechanic was at a call out and was running late. ( this is fair enough ) I was told the mechanic would call shortly. An hour later I got a call to be told that he was an hour away from my location. One hour later mechanic had not entered the location correctly and was in fact now 2 hours away from my location. Mechanic finally arrived around 2pm. Upon which I was then told that he had the wrong parts and he needed to go and fetch the correct parts. Work its self was done well and efficiently upon having the correct parts. Overall it seems the mechanic had a bad day but did not communicate effectively. Thankfully I work from home and was not due to go anywhere that day or the review would be different story!

We booked a interim service. The service doesn't match what the last mot reported. We was told by seller we need a new tyre as worn low and disc brake, this was not reported by mechanic (also states this in the MOT) Told we had an oil leak (not told where) and didn't say on the report that was sent. Unsure if brake fluid is topped up as can't see any in the dot 4 area. Claims service book was stamped and I have not got one. Feel I need to pay for a new service. Very disappointed with the service as feel we need to have another done. One good thing they picked the car up and was friendly
