After buying a worthless car from a used car dealer in the past I choose to pay for a mechanic to check over a car this time around being paying out. Alex carried out my premium pre purchase inspection & checked every last inch of the vehicle & also kindly gave brief descriptions on any issue that he found. It was well worth the money and something I would definitely use in the future. He was on time & communicated well answering any possibly ‘silly’ questions that I had. I received the detailed thorough report quickly after the inspection & the seller also commented on how knowledgeable & friendly he was. As somebody who knows zero about mechanics I would certainly use Alex again in the future.

I bought most expensive use car pre purchase inspection "premium" (~£182), he report says car body is good & no signs for previous damage / repair . When i received the car, I found +10 clear signs of body repair & paint on the passenger side wing panel & quarter panel are being worked out & painted. I asked for refund / even partail for such bad quality work, The mechanic "Francesco" replied this must have happened after inspection While i collected the car 18hrs after inspection (i.e. no way car had an accident, wing panel & quarter panel are being worked out & painted in 18 hrs ) & Clickmechanic replied are This inspection not inclusive of a warranty (they don't odder it) ! , Strongly recomnd not to use.

Hassan was exceptionally polite, greeting and acted like a true professional. He rang me half way through the job to let me know how he was getting on. I’ve never used click mechanic before and was a little judgmental in case it was a scam, as they say “if an offer seems too good to be true, then it probably is” but after checking all the reviews on trust pilot I decided to go ahead and book. Within the hour I got an email saying Hassan had accepted the job to replace timing belt and water pump at the price click mechanic had quoted. I was very pleased with the overall outcome and will definitely recommend Hasan to anyone looking for a good honest mechanic.
