I don’t who my mechanic was. I just met the collection and delivery driver. It is hard to give a rating on quality or communication as I didn’t really talk to anyone apart from the above driver, but on the whole very happy with the work carried out

Car collected on time and work carried out in good time and cleanly. I didn't meet the mechanic nor did I witness the work being carried out, so it's all done on a trust base. If I had witnessed the work or had any more to add I would add it. If you want me to speculate then how does that help anyone. I have given feedback and that should be enough without being told I Have to add more detail.

Probably the most friendly service I've had, problem was fixed and i was kept up to date regarding the mechanics arrival. Brilliant service.

Nathan, carried out the Full Service and breaks works fine, however, we still have the issue of the service key light from the Full Service. The previous mechanic I had managed to sort this when I had the previous major service carried out, when I lived in Essex, please can you advise the mechanic to get in touch with Nathan to advise how he done this, otherwise I will NOT know when the car needs servicing next year. Once this is resolved I will give 5 stars for quality Thank You.

Excellent professional no hassle service. I was kept informed regarding the collection time of the car and it was delivered back to me without any problems at all. It took the whole hassle of driving to a garage then arranging transport for the day away. Thank you Tarquin

Advised that it was "glow plug relay - not worth doing" and was not interested in doing the work anyway....Seems a waste of money. As soon as I give someone else that vague diagnosis - they will promptly charge me to do the same again...This is the first time I have had this. He advised about the battery - but the van has been idle for a month so that was obviously flat.... This makes me reluctant to use this service again although I have used successfully in the past...

Explained everything clearly and showed me as he was working. Was thorough and investigated every problem, including being very clear on the next steps. I'm very happy with the diagnostic and feel confident that once the repairs are completed, my car will be running perfectly.
