As far as I know the work is fine. Advised that my back brake discs needed changing as well, so went ahead with that. My appointment was cancelled at the last minute yesterday evening and rebooked for this morning. I have been charged an extra £45 for an appointment on 3 or 4 April, which was moved to today (5 April).

Mechanic added fair or selected fair discoveries on his report when really should’ve been selected as poor being the trouble I m having with the car.

Kept in contact with me about getting parts, arranged for another appointment from the one I originally booked due to a delay in the parts arriving, was prompt, polite, asked what I could hear happening on my car and was swift and efficient with the repair. Has arranged to come back with another part next week as 1 of the parts was delivered incorrectly. A very pleasant man!
