Justin was amazing and really did a fantastic job, going above and beyond. My car gave me such anxiety, and Justin went out of his way to make sure that he explained everything and got it sorted in a timely manner. Shamshad did carry the work however they misplaced my service booklet I have been on their case for the last two months to have this return to me but without success. I was constantly being told that it is in the post ! Very disappointed and angry that now this will have a detrimental impact on my selling my car!
