Had to get a mobile mechanic as needed work doing after the car was SORN for a year. Was meant to arrive between 1pm-3pm but ended up getting to me at 6pm the NEXT DAY. Communication was also poor when I would ask for updates on when they were coming. Work that was getting done was front suspension coils replace. When it was getting to 9pm and asked for an update on things they informed me they had to break part of the tracking rods to get the wheels off. This was due to erosion but would have appreciated them asking first before doing so. They also used a heat torch to get things off and damaged the paint work doing so. I took my car elsewhere to get the tracking rods replaced and they informed me nothing had been done up remotely tight enough. This includes the suspension springs which were so loose it you could hear it flexing as I drove and had gotten looser the more I drove it. These mechanics are frankly DANGEROUS and shouldn’t be used by clickmechanic, especially when there isn’t the option to change which mechanic is called out to your job.

Jakub was awesome, checked car and sent us photos as well as explaining the issue & what he would do to solve it. Very happy with service & repair, will recommend to family & friends.

Alin was great - he was able to ascertain exactly where the leaking screen wash tube was and made it clear that it was repairable there and then as he had replacement parts. He repaired the leaking tube promptly.

Dan did a good job on the cam belt replacement but has left the cam belt cover off and its not any where inthe car

As always, Edd went above and beyond to make sure I was armed with as much information as possible before making a decision on the vehicle he inspected. Sadly like an other vehicle checked, it was barely road worthy, let alone worth buying but that’s not Edd’s fault. The man has saved me once again from throwing money away.
