Andy was great in communicating the work that needed doing and was very knowledgeable. He was even able to recommend not replacing one of the components I originally wanted replaced and saved me a chunk of money. Thanks for then open and honest communication.

Theuns was very helpful, punctual and went out of his way to come back with the part when problem was identified. Also went the extra mile in diagnosing associated problems.

I was told on the day that despite the calipers being seized they were able to free them and finish fitting the pads and discs. But I'm disappointed in the workmanship because a) they didn't visually notice the pads resting on the discs or b) road test the vehicle where they would have noticed the brakes scraping. I messaged them and was told that "you might need replacement calipers" after all which may be true but contradicts what they told me on the job and "might" clearly doesn't inspire trust in their advice when the day before they said they were stiff but fine. No offer to come and double check the fitting just told I should book £500 of additional work.

The diagnostic testing was good and effective. The fault was identified within a minute or two. The process was easy enough, so I am a little disappointed by the cost charged. £75 for a service that took 5 mins total can’t be good value for money?!

My car repair experience with Thomas was even better than I imagined. After the initial booking, Thomas contacted me to discuss the job a little. Then communicated with me on the day of the job itself. I wasn’t able to be present due to work commitments, Thomas worked around that perfectly. He called me to discuss an issue we had, but sorted it and completed the job in a perfect manner. The car runs like a dream now and I couldn’t be happier! I will be booking with Thomas for all my mobile repairs in the future if possible! Thank you so much!!
