I thought that Francois of Abbey Cars was absolutely terrific. He picked up the job very quickly, which was very reassuring as it was a weekend and I needed urgent work completing and he immediately left me full instructions on how to obtain recovery to move the vehicle to their garage as my car was not able to be driven. He answered all communications very promptly even though it was very late on a Friday evening. It became apparent that my car needed a few extra jobs which Francois communicated with photos and videos. Not only this, but Francois knew how urgent it was that I got my car back on the Monday, so he even drove himself over to Hinckley on the Sunday evening to source a part in time for me. Super customer service. I found Francois, genuine and very friendly and he explained all work undertaken clearly to me. I will definitely be using Francois and his company again and I have no hesitation at all in recommending his services and also the convenience of clickmechanic. Many thanks for making a stressful situation much easier.
