£3000 worth of problems with the car were discovered during a full service a week after the inspection by clickmechanic was done, little to none of which was made obvious through the report.

Mechanics were fine and did a good job fitting new front discs and brake pads. The reason I only gave 3 stars for punctuality was due to work being carried out a day later than the original booking and also they arrived after the 10am to 12pm booking slot. Also final price was £90 more than the original quote.

Ahmed was punctual. I could tell from the way he presented himself that he know his job very well and takes pride in his work. He was very friendly, approachable and most of all professional. I am very satisfied with the job today. A very big thank you Ahmed.

I paid service with MOT with collection of my vehicle but nobody came to collect the car.The mecanic called me to drop the car.They should said before on the web page.

He arrived outside of the designated appointment window without any apologies As we didn’t stand over the mechanic whilst he was doing the work we can only hope he did everything correct as he wasn’t on-site as long as we expected The reason we say this is he told us to give the car a good run We drove the car within an hour of him leaving and within 5 miles the “WARNING LIGHT” reappeared and stayed on. Sent a message to the mechanic and he replied “I disconnected cleaned and reconnected Exhaust Temperature Sensor so it must be faulty - I will add it to my report”! Later I receive the work report is received and it reads that he has diagnosed additional work THAT HE IS NOT ABLE TO UNDERTAKE!! I’ve tried to contact him since to determine which sensor he disconnected and cleaned - sent photos- 3 DAYS NO REPLY We are now left seeking another mechanic to identify the defective unit and further cost When I find a local person I will be asking him to check the work invoiced has actually been done
