Was buying a new car so got a pre purchase inspection. Mechanic was really helpful at explaining all the results and gave me honest advice.

I had an issue with my car running out of battery/not starting. Henry was really helpful diagnosing and signposted me back to the garage that fitted my battery to get it replaced under warranty. He also got it started for me and followed me to the garage in his van as I was worried about stalling and getting stranded which I really appreciated!

Ali was FANTASTIC. He kept me informed on the delivery of the parts he’d ordered and came to repair my electric mirror as soon as it arrived. I contacted him on Thursday evening and the car was repaired by 9.30 am on Saturday. Mini had offered me a date in 4 weeks time to take the car in for the same repair…. We had a long journey to make and Ali went above and beyond to make sure my wing mirror was repaired in time. Honestly I cannot recommend his work and communication more highly. I’m telling everyone!

Glen was on time and friendly and sorted the MOT out however, he did not stamp the service book (stamp allegedly in his other van and then was waiting for a replacement). When doing the oil change some spilt on my new driveway - he promised to come back and clean - I am still waiting. Oil is now leaking worse than after the day he did service and I have even more oil on driveway - needless to say, I am very unhappy with this lack of resolution. Do you have any suggestions as all other mechanics I have used for myself and my wife's car have been excellent and without any issues. This occasion has been poor, cost me more money and put doubt in my mind as I have to arrange service/mot for my wife's car in the next 3 weeks.
