Diagnosed the problem that I didn't actually need what had been ordered and didn't proceed with unnecessary work. Can't fault.

LEIGH is a proper mechanic, knowledgeable. He and quickly diagnosed the fault, couldn't fix it though as he had no time next day. Provides only mobile service has no garage.

Simply put one of the nicest people out there. He came one day in advance, was astonishingly informative and most importantly honest.

Spent extra money to have a priority slot between 8-10 on 31st of Jan and the mechanic told me a number of times he was going to be ‘half an hour’ late but ended up coming at 14:40 and said it would be returned the same day, it wasn’t which resulted in me getting multiple cabs to and from work, I was told it would be returned today as there was a delay last night and told it would be returned at 1030, it wasn’t and came back at 1245. I’ve had no receipt of the work that was actually done, no papers and no communication throughout. I’ve now got my car but unsure if work was even carried out. I’m always missing caps from my tyre which I will now have to replace. For my first time using this app, Is this acceptable on this app?
