I was told a time they were coming to collect my car in the morning and then it kept changing, I didn't mind this at first but then they collected my car said it would be with me for 4-4:30pm and then I got a phone call to say can they deliver my car back to me at 8-8:30pm (as the garage was so far away, but why accept a job if it wasn't close). I said no as I needed my car back asap as I'm pregnant and needed my car to do shopping. Finally I got my car back at 7:30. I didn't need to use my A/C at this time as it was evening and was cooler. I have now just realised that since they've had my car, my A/C is no longer working! Nothing but headache. I've had other work done through Click Mechanic and it's been great!
