Had my car serviced with the same guy 2 months previous and he claimed on my MOT the oil filter was leaking and needed replacing which was supposed to have been part of the service so he clearly didn’t do it the first time. Also I booked the MOT at the same time as 2 front tire replacements and when I checked my MOT history he put it through with the two old tires first then failed it and then he put the new ones on to pass it. Why do that!?!? Common sense would be to do the tyres then MOT. Very shady guy will never use again or recommend to anybody I like.

I've been so happy with the whole esperance 100% service from the polite young man who picked my car up on time, the macanic got in touch during mot prosses about under the car needed attention to get through MOT and 2 new tires at the front, he then sent picks showing the problem with above Brill I agreed to have work done via email, when the work was done he sent me picks showing all work done, I felt valued As a customer through the whole prosses, later I noticed he had done some madjic on my wheel trims that were looking abit battered to say the least so kind very thought full. The 100%cost for good team was good value
