Don't know was not there, I was at work. It would be unfair to attempt to review the work carried out as I did not meet him or see what was done. All I know was that the diagnosis was inconclusive and I wasted money calling anybody out. I ended up getting the car transported to a main dealer to be repaired, so my experience with Clickmechanic was, in short, not up to expectations.

Im really impressed with all aspects put in for my front shocks to be done on sunday and monday morning promptly the cars collected by a well mannered employee who collected the car i was well informed on progress and its been brought back the same day as clean as it was in the morning well recommended and i will be using this garage again for my mot and services and any other repairs needed on this and future cars

Pleasant and friendly service, but just underwhelmed. The "Car Won't Start Diagnostic" didn't reveal anything new to me. Was expecting someone with a van loaded with equipment, but that wasn't the case. The fault was probably beyond the scope of the job. Would only recommend for simple issues.
