I wasnt inspired with confidence at the beggining ? but I realised on the return of my Car Ray the mechanic was not only a decent chap talkative and entertaining he also turned out to be a rather good mechanic ! one of the best Ive met for a good while and ive met many ? he done a good job went the extra mile to do a good job rather than bodge things and to his credit he was a man of his word ! if you are in trouble, give this guy a shout, im sure he would do all that he can to help you out of a bind ? and his rates are fair !

Nigel was very thorough and I couldn't recommend him any more, money very well spent and saved me a 6 hour travel to be disappointed by a car clearly not ans advertised!! Attention to detail in report was of a very high standard. Will definitely use the site again after this A+++++

Yes he ran a full diagnostic and test drove the car. He advised me on options to remedy the issue. I will book with RD9 again to carry out further work.

Full service paid for and whilst the Service check sheet identifies all items having been completed, I'm unsure how the car was raised in conjunction with the level of checks and also how all the checks were undertaken in the time the mechanic was here. The service book was also not ticked to state full service, yet the Oil filter change box was. Not negatives, just stating the facts and Trust prevails that all checks were undertaken.

Jacek was excellent. He phoned me within 2 hours of me requesting someone via ClickMechanic saying he had already picked up the parts and was happy to attended the same day. He is very knowledgable, explained the problem and showed us what the issue was with our car and fixed it within 30 minutes. We would definately use him again.
