Yes he ran a full diagnostic and test drove the car. He advised me on options to remedy the issue. I will book with RD9 again to carry out further work.

Full service paid for and whilst the Service check sheet identifies all items having been completed, I'm unsure how the car was raised in conjunction with the level of checks and also how all the checks were undertaken in the time the mechanic was here. The service book was also not ticked to state full service, yet the Oil filter change box was. Not negatives, just stating the facts and Trust prevails that all checks were undertaken.

Jacek was excellent. He phoned me within 2 hours of me requesting someone via ClickMechanic saying he had already picked up the parts and was happy to attended the same day. He is very knowledgable, explained the problem and showed us what the issue was with our car and fixed it within 30 minutes. We would definately use him again.

Big thanks to Andrei, not much he could do about the engine seizure but he worked through everything he could to narrow down the issue. He briefed me on what the options are from here, and talked about what could be done froma mechanic's perspective. It helped he has specialist knowledge in Japanese cars.

Richard sorry not Andy was brilliant probably the most honest and competent mechanic .. booked to get my brakes done as I believed that they needed doing and but just a fault on sensor which he explained therefore substantially cheaper than quoted. I wouldn’t have unless he was so truthful could not recommend him more highly

Ahh is this like trust-a-trader but for the car fixing world? YES BUT MUCH MUCH BETTER! My experience with the former "digital network service" was not so good, so I was a little hesitant in using ClickMechanic, but my worries were laid to rest by my excellent mechanic Shan Siva. We got talking straight way and got into the detail of the work needed (major suspension work) and as agreed my car was picked and dropped off and the quality of Shan's work is second to none. Now my young-timer (an 18 year old E46 BMW) drives like brand new. Thanks to Shan and Click-Mechanic for connecting us.
