Imran arrived within the time slot and after a brief chat about what was involved (Fiesta clutch replacement) and a check of the car to confirm the diagnosis he set about the work. I popped out to check all was going to plan, he showed the parts replaced, etc. The work was completed well within time, we both had a test dive and I was very happy with the whole experience.
