Luke arrived as agreed, carried out the work required and returned car the following day. he kept me informed regarding pick up and drop off. extremely happy with the service i received and will use click mechanic again, asking for Luke if poss. using click mechanic allows you to get a near as damn it price before committing to repairs, giving you peace of mind you're not going to be ripped off.

The new alternator was fitted but my van is still off the road due to a broken oil pump.. Probably have to scrap the van now.

He was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable however I found him very pushy in terms of getting the work done. I also found it difficult to just get a straight answer in terms of the issue and the potential cost, he just kept talking down to me and in circles. Whenever I asked questions he just kept repeating the same thing, referring to his own vehicle issues. A very different experience to my last booking with this company. When I did receive the quote it was twice the price of other reputable garages. I am not intending to have the work carried out via click mechanic.

Fantastic communication - Jamie rang me to inform me when he was 50 minutes away and then when he arrived. Both Jamie and his colleague Fred completed the work in the time slot and even provided photos of completed work. Very happy with work carried out.
