Luke was very approachable and knowledgeable and did a good job he went out of his way to ensure the work was completed on the day. I Had a major service and the cam belt and water pump changed on my 2015 insignia. He also pointed out a couple of other things which he had found that needed changing and sent me a quote to do them . I have booked him to carry out the work in a weeks time.

Overall, a very satisfactory service. Having previously had the fault on my car diagnosed by a 3rd party I provided the details to the ClickMechanic team who started to replace the defective component. However, noting a significant amount of emergent work they were quick to notify me of potential causes and additional works required to rectify the fault. Without prompt the mechanic conduct further diagnosis which revealed another point of failure, upon further investigation it was identified that another component required replacement which when changed resolved the underlying issue. The engine now runs correctly with all works completely promptly and within the agreed rough order of cost. The mechanic (Karl) was stellar throughout and provided an excellent level of service and professionalism.
