Remus shouldn't be trusted fixing a bicycle let alone a car. The guy had no idea what he was doing, uncoupled a high pressure fuel line to change the filter and soaked the entire engine bay with diesel. Took 7 hours to return my car and sped the whole way while making no less than 7 phonecalls on his mobile WHILE DRIVING MY CAR!!! Tried to blame me for the problems until I told him the entire thing was filmed from the cameras in my car, including him leaving it out in the rain for 3 hours with the bonnet up. Was rude, arrogant and condescending. The only thing more useless was clickmechanic who did nothing to help. 'work it out with the mechanic yourself, let him fix any problems' as if I'd let this bloke ever touch my car again.

As soon as I received Ant's Profile from ClickMechanic and looked at his picture I knew immediately he was a "good guy" (decent chap) and liked him immediately. I was not wrong. Like meeting an old friend. Clearly he is very capable at his job and carries an extensive knowledge of car engines and mechanical parts which was immediately apparent. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently and he generously provided some background suggestions and tips on the car and provided me with some helpful advice regarding a particular model and type of car I was thinking of getting at a later date.

Joseph was friendly, informative and appreciative of our needs. He communicated well on the day, dealt with a couple of minor issues that weren't his fault professionally and quickly, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
