Skoda Enyaq Windows Inspection

Bad, mechanic showed up, looked at it. Said he'll need to order a part and come back. Took maybe 3min, touched the window button once and nothing else. Wes charged £122! Still no fix and no idea as to when a mechanic can come around. Login system doesn't work so I can't talk to anyone or make a complaint. Rip off, would not recommend.

Hi Leon, Just wanted to clarify a few points here.
Firstly we don't set the pricing that you pay. That's Click Mechanic that does that so unfortunately we cant change the pricing.
Secondly the appointment was for 10:00 and we arrived at 10:05 so we was on time too. We had accepted the Job and was on scene within 20 minutes. So unsure why the punctuality was only 3 stars.
Thirdly I talked you through exactly what was wrong as it was obvious from the noises that was coming from the window motor.
Fourthly I said to you that I would write a report and click mechanic would send you another quote for the work for you to accept if you should want to proceed, but I would have to look up the prices first as its not a on the shelf item and is special order only.
I did this, then relayed all the information to click mechanic who then I assume sent you the quote to accept.
Once you done this is then gets sent out to the network of mechanics in your area to accept and book in with you.
We did not accept the booking this time as we simply didn't have enough time in the days available to complete the work. But any of the other mechanics in the network would have been able to accept the job if they had time themselves.
I'm very sorry that you feel this way about your experience but I feel that this review is unjustly reflecting the service that us as an independent garage gave you.
