Yousaf was magnificent, explained the issue. Showed me the faulty parts that have been removed. Took pictures of the old parts and the new ones once installed. Very professional, friendly and happy to address any concerns that I had. Overall a very pleasant experience. A big thank you to Yousaf

John contacted me the day before the booking and asked if I was available for that evening as he could be with me in 2.30 mins and could do it that day as I was available I told him that I was & he said he would call me when he was nearer which he did ,he kept me fully informed throughout the whole process after arriving at the vehicle and talking with him as what happened they set to work on my vehicle and rang me after about 50 mins to say it was all done
