He phones me at 8.10, to say I'm round the corner, can we come now? I politely said alright, thinking the car would be ready alot sooner then. Anyway, a couple of hours go by, and I'd heard nothing, so I messaged him, he said the MOT was done, but the lads were just servicing the car, and discovered they had the wrong oil, and were waiting on a delivery! I'm sorry, but if you're doing a service on a car, surely you would make sure you had all the right bits, you wouldn't start a service ,and then realise you didn't have the correct oil, so then had to send someone to Trafford Park to get it! So incidentally I didn't get the car back till 1.15pm! Yes the car got MOT'd and serviced, but totally unprofessional, not even an apology, just a totally blasé attitude! Needless to say, I will not use this guy again, I'd expected a much more professional service and attitude.

Spot on….Supplier gave wrong car battery so had to arrange for following day due to other commitments. Day after very prompt and my issue rectified.
