James was very knowledgeable and very friendly. He discussed the repair to be carried out in detail. I would highly recommend him and definitely use him again!

When he has jacked up my car the mechanic has damaged both sills on either side of the vehicle by jacking up the vehicle on areas other than the jacking points. When they have left I have checked under the car and noticed the damage, which I’m not best pleased about if I’m honest. But what can I do.

George is friendly, punctual, knowledgeable and highly communicative. George and his team were able to diagnose and solve (on a subsequent visit) two persistent issues I had with our Kia Sportage since we purchased it earlier this year. We would highly recommend them.

Work was carried out to decent standard and mechanic was polite and amiable. Punctuality was not so good. I had an 8-10 AM slot. He turned up at 10:40 and then disappeared for another 3 hours to drop a trailer off somewhere else and procure correct parts. Luck had it that I was not working on this particular day

Brilliant service. I broke down in London on Wednesday, it took 9 hours to get from there back to Kent because of a separate, unrelated incident. I wasted a lot of time, I lost a days work and was worried my car would be out of action for days… and having limited mobility, I need my car! Got home around 10pm that evening, I needed a mechanic quickly so I looked up Click Mechanic, booked the repair and the booking and time slot were approved within a couple of hours. Zlatin from Ted’s Garage collected my car on time the following day. He was very approachable and friendly. He said my car would be repaired and returned by the end of the next day. The work was completed and the car was returned the following day as he had said. £140 for the repair and labour which was very reasonable. Very happy with the work and the timescale. I would have been waiting for days if I had taken the car to a garage myself. My Car was looked after and returned in the same condition so no issues there. I will definitely use Ted’s garage again.
