I didn't deal with Ryan face to face as I was at work. My father saw to him at my house, he said that Ryan was thoroughly professional in his job and explained the problem clearly to him. I spoke to Ryan over the phone who advised me of other problems he could see on my van that required attention. This was invaluable as it turned out there was a fault that was immediately dangerous and required repair at a garage on a ramp. The service you provided was excellent and would definitely use again. Yes, I got the diagnosis for the oil leak. He was with me for about 10-15 minutes and earned £79. The mechanic was friendly and explained every thing. But the price was a bit steep. Not the mechanic’s fault.
