Simon was punctual and polite despite hitting a problem with the brake pad exchange. The job was ultimately more expensive than estimated due to this but this was beyond Simon’s control

The garage came and collected the car on the Friday and informed later that day that extra parts were required as this was easier to replace whilst the suspension was removed. These parts had to come from a main dealer. I am very happy with the quality of work and care taken. Using Clickmechnic meant I didn't have to wait, will use again.
