Another great repair job carried out by Jason. New water pump fitted with new drive belt. Refilled with new antifreeze and my car was then test driven to check everything was ok.Jason is friendly and knowledgeable and will certainly rebook for future work on my car.

Wish I hadn't gone through Click Mechanic, the whole experience was pretty terrible with loads of red flags. The mechanic outsourced the MOT to another garage without communicating they were doing so, failed the MOT and tried to charge hundreds for repairs. I asked for my car back as I wasn't trusting the situation and the car passed the MOT first time at another garage. My main issue was the communication with Bobby, who I found very rude and belittling. He refused to take any responsibility or even to just apologise. No doubt he will reply to this review to be discourteous even further. I would avoid. Whole experience has just been ten times more stressful than it needed to be.

Found phil to be helpful and was also proactive to inform me there was another issue so it could be resolved very good service by this mechanic

They were terrific. I'm disabled so rely on my car. I input the information on click mechanic yesterday Trafalgar garage rung me back within the hour. When they realised I needed the car urgently they picked it up yesterday afternoon replaced the clutch and I had it back this afternoon. I'm very pleased.
