Very good service from Automatic Motors and Reyaz.. Arrived early. My workplace postcode entry was slightly wrong [my error] but they had called earlier, so arrived at correct place. Great efficiency on MOT Pick up. [Timesaving!]..Additional works [brake pads] were carried out and advised beforehand [and offered two types premium +budget-i went with premium of course, since i look after my vehicle and safety is paramount!🙂 ]. Car dropped back within agreed timeframe. All good 👍

All good - Daniel was friendly, diagnosed the problem quickly (starter motor) and had it sorted within a couple of days. Communication was good throughout.

The mechanic kept the car over the weekend due to a failed MOT which is fine, but we found that he probably put a white dog in the car. Not very professional given that there was a baby seat in the back.

Nick was very good at completing the repair to my front coil springs. My car is now a workhorse on the motorway runs to work, and Nick was able to get my car back on the road. He also arrived earlier than the appointment which also helped.

Although the car feels great, the communication could of been better. As it was my first time using this service collection etc I was getting nervous because there was no update. But the car feels great and nabil (marwan motors) showed me some videos of what he done. He is a very genuine guy and would definitely use him again.
