It is not possible for me to check all the work, but a general look round the vehicle evidenced the fact that no attention has been paid to lubrication of all door hinges, locks and bonnet catches. This is especially worrying as the alarm system has been triggering lately and one of the possible causes is bad connection of door and bonnet catches. I take the view that if one set of checks has has been overlooked that there could be many others. For this reason, I request an independent representative of ClickMechanic to come and check over the vehicle.

My first time using clickmechanic. I put request on the morning of the day I was to buy the car I had put a deposit down on the previous week. It was a bit of a last minute decision, and was lucky Rob happened to be in the area . I couldn't have had a better mechanic, he was really thorough, went over everything with me which took about an hour , and then gave it a test drive. He jacked up the wheels and checked under the car, all the engine and under bonnet checks, and I was very satisfied by the time of my purchase that I had a decent buy. Although the car had had a service and MOT- and came with 3 months warranty, this pre-purchase check over was for my own peace of mind, and much better to do this before you buy in my opinion rather than after- as the warranty has so many exclusions. I also recommend you do your own online checks on its service history, finance, and accident report before purchase. Highly recommend Rob and clickmechanic. thanks
