The garage came and collected the car on the Friday and informed later that day that extra parts were required as this was easier to replace whilst the suspension was removed. These parts had to come from a main dealer. I am very happy with the quality of work and care taken. Using Clickmechnic meant I didn't have to wait, will use again.

Naseem seems to me to be a thoroughly knowledgeable and experienced mechanic. He replaced the rear brake shoes on my Smart 451 with ease and was both friendly and communicative in explaining what he was doing.
