I booked a diagnostic for my car, which resulted in two error codes, one of which required further clarification from BMW. I was told there would be a follow-up, and when I called a week later, I was promised a quick resolution. Unfortunately, I haven't heard back since. This isn't quite what I expected when I booked a diagnostic service.

Paul was on time very knowledgeable. And although my car wasn't playing ball he persevered and bleed the coolant. Highly recommend.

Never used this service before, but I’m absolutely sold and would not hesitate to use this service again especially when you are unsure of the information received from a car seller.
