Andrew was terrific, I couldn't be happier with the work he did. Superb communication from the time I booked. Andrew my mechanic turned up promptly and confirmed if there were any changes to the repair job (engine light diagnostics + fitting front + back brake pads). I no longer needed engine light diagnostic checks, Andrew was happy to focus on the brake pads and got on with the work. He gave me useful feedback afterward and I was really happy with everything. Andrew only charged me for the work that he did which am highly appreciative of. Highly recommend this website, as I was able to book the work at short notice, and much cheaper than going to my local Mercedes-Benz garage.

My experience with clickmechanic and with Ebo the mechanic who carried out the work was truly first class. I was given a wide choice of dates and times to choose from and a confirmed cost by email. I was then put in touch with my assigned mechanic Ebo, who responded straight away and arranged for my car to be collected within a specific time slot. This was done exactly on time, and Ebo was then in touch to advise progress. The work itself was completed within a couple of days, and the car returned to me on time as promised. Great coms and great work. I cannot praise highly enough.
