The mechanic was great knowledgeable very professional and very polite

MOT and service were delayed by a day because of an equipment breakdown but I was kept in the picture and happy with the change. The car was picked up early the next day and I was told in the afternoon that it had passed the MOT but subsequently it had been found that the drivers seat mounting was loose because of a split weld. This was fixed and the car returned the next day. Although the service took longer than planned I was kept informed and didn't need the car during that period. Very happy with the work.

The whole process was excellent and the person collecting the car was very friedly. The ca is 18 years old and a bolt snapped when relacing the wishbone so this delayed the delivery and MOT by one day ,which i understand. Shahbaz was great. Couldn't make the original date and time due to parts issues out of his control, but arranged to come early the following day instead. Arrived on time and worked tirelessly to fit the new clutch. Did a great and tidy job. Very pleased Indeed. Would highly recommend. They were also £300 cheaper than my usual garage for the work!

Friendly helpful arrived on time quickly able to diagnose problem and offer advice on what work was required.

Mechanic was friendly and promised he could fix problem. He told me that my key had been erased of data so he couldn't fix car and his friend could sort out a new key cheaper than anyone else. He left my car with bonnet open, battery disconnected and boot open with boot lock disabled. He said he would call me later that day which he did. The cost of new key would be £250 which was same as anywhere else. He said he would come back withing a couple of days with new key and then he could fix car. He didn't return or answer texts or calls. He then text to say he had a problem at home and would let me know when he could come over! We are now on the 5th day. I have tried numerous times to call, I have left voicemail, sent messages etc. I understand unforseen things happen but it takes 20 seconds to either call or text to say what is happening or you don't want the job. I paid £74 and he has left me in a worse position than I was originally in. This is bad service and extremely unprofessional. I definately would not recommend!!

Babau was brilliant. He came to my work to replace the rear brake discs and pads. No grumbling after I gave the wrong postcode (sorry mate). He even took my car to his garage after discovering an issue with the electronic hand brake. Brought it back to me all sorted. Definitely request this guy again.
