Collection was fine, bit later than stated but communication after that was poor, had to chase up an update as car needed to be kept until the next day to get the parts. The person who collected the car was unable to update me on cost as "not my department" then also messaged after car was apparently fixed with a message which read "£100 diagnostics" and nothing else. Was told at 3:25pm car had been fixed and released and was coming back. 5pm no car so called for an update and they didn't know where it was. Had to finish work early so wife could have my car to get to work. Long story short car arrived back at 8 pm. Gent delivering car back - Craig was extremely apologetic. Not the greatest of experiences.

Mechanic contacted me to let me know what time they were arriving to pick up my car. Arrived at 10.30am full clutch replaced car was returned by 5.15pm. Will use again.

1st time using a mobile mechanic (and this site), starter motor failing and was replaced. Very happy with service received, easy to book and quick response, mechanic appeared very knowledgeable, offered additional helpful advice on a couple of things to keep an eye on. Would use again. Thank you.
