Very disappointed. I paid over £67 to be told it was an electrical problem and there was nothing he could do. I understand this, but surely ClickMechanic should have a system whereby if the mechanic is not able to deal with the issue then a referral could be made to someone in the operation who could help? As it stands I have been charged for unfinished work. I would have totally accepted a consultancy charge with more to pay on completion, but I'm back to square one. RECOMMENDATION: ClickMechanic has a procedure where issues can be passed through the system to complete work, ie: "I can't help but here is someone who can"

Wow! Nigel is amazing. We booked an inspection for a car and he was so thorough. The report was so detailed too. I asked him some follow up questions and he was more than happy to help. There were a few small issues he picked up with the car and thanks to Nigel the seller is going to resolve these for us before purchase. I feel so confident knowing that Nigel has done a full inspection of the car and that it is a good first car and is safe to drive. Very happy and would book Nigel again. The whole click mechanic process is simple and fantastic. It was significantly cheaper than a private quote I got too. Highly recommend.
