No, I am not happy at all. He found a stone in the brake disc on the front passenger side and removed it and said that if the squeaking carried on the I would need to get the brake pad and disc replaced and gave me a quote. The car carried on squeaking and I took it to a local garage. ALL the brake pads and discs needed replacing and the back passenger side caliper was sticking out. I paid for a diagnosis which I didn't actually get, just part of the whole picture. I could have accepted his quote and had the front passenger side brake pad and disc replace and the car would still have been squeaking. He clearly did not carry out a proper inspection on the car or he would have seen the caliper was sticking out and ALL the discs and pads needed replacing. I would request a refund as he was paid to carry out a diagnostic check, which he clearly did not do properly.

Booked online on Sunday and the job was completed on Monday afternoon. Cannot fault at all. Car picked up on time then returned mid afternoon. Very pleasant gentlemen too. Would recommend 100 per cent.

Did the job I asked for, was a pleasant guy, thought I may have been given some kind of report from diagnostic, other than just gearbox fail on an email.

He was a great mechanic. Diagnosed the problem and replaced the windscreen wiper motor with no issues.

The price is too expensive, he told me the price was cheaper but it’s not true , if the mechanic was organized he brought with him some equipment to fix the car in one go and not that I have to pay twice for the labor
