He was great when he came on time and everything. Problem I had was if the issue returns or comes back after the repair. The mechanic did not answer my calls and I’ve just paid a lot of money for the repair with no aftercare as of yet. I’m a little stuck whether to pay for another repair to get my car fixed (I use my car for work and can’t have downtime or a breakdown) as the mechanic is not answering my calls. I’ve left a message in the solution centre on the website but it leaves me in limbo with uncertainty on what’s the next step to resolve my issue. The engine light showed after a diagnostic (click mechanic service) and oil leak (click mechanic repair) in just 3 days the engine light returns.

Shahbaz was fantastic! I urgently needed my car to be fixed late at night before a big journey the next day. Shahbaz accepted the job within 30 mins, and was at my house within a couple of hours. He was polite, friendly and explained to me what was happening and why. Would highly recommend Shahbaz and clickmechanic.

Richard was first rate. He confirmed the AA diagnosis that the internal coolant leak meant the head gasket was terminally compromised; he then gave excellent advice about purchase of 2nd hand vehicles, listening carefully to what we wanted & what we could afford. It was a pleasure to meet him.
