Mark was absolutely lovely. He was in constant communication with me. Very punctual and polite. Unfortunately, he was let down by the information he was provided with by Clic Mechanic. The amount of oil required is between 4.5 and 6.5 litres. He was advised it was 4.2 litres. The first time I drove it, on my way home from work, the lights came up on the dash stating the oil was only at minimum level and required a 1 litre top up. He was very good about it and returned today to add more oil. I cannot fault him personally.

I had Nicolae and his brother to my car a Mercedes B Class B200 CDI Sports year 2010, to have the front and rear brake pads replaced, when Nicolae had removed one of the front disc we both agreed that it would best best to renew all front and rear discs including brake pads, as the car was still in excellent condition for the year 2010 and i`m thinking of keeping for another few years. The lads got on with job and within the two hour time limit they had put on them selves to do it they had finished and was parking my car up being told to bed the brakes in for the first 50 miles
